Jim is an attorney in the private practice of law with special expertise in tax and business law. Jim has been engaged in real estate investment for many years. He has owned many duplexes and single family homes. After initially self-managing these properties, he has since engaged third-party managers for them and has realized the benefits of professional management and the importance of working closely with the manager to maximize returns and minimize problems. His private investments include interests in a couple hundred multifamily units as well as several single family rental properties.
