The Process for Investing in Cash Flowing Real Estate with Us

2 — Check in occasionally
This will help us make sure we are finding investment opportunities that match your goals.
3 — Assess our next investment opportunity
We will show you how your capital will be used to add value to the deal and how soon you will get your money back plus your profits.
4 — Invest
If an investment opportunity is right for you, commit to investing at least the minimum amount.
5 — See the progress of our business plan
We will communicate with you at least monthly about the progress of renovating the property and improving how it is run. Distributions will be sent to you quarterly as things go according to the business plan.
6 — Sell or refinance
When the time is right, we may sell the property at a great price. Or we may refinance it to return your original capital to you while continuing to provide you with cash flow. Either way, our goal is to return your original capital back to you plus the intended profits.
